By creating an account or placing an order on DropEat you agree to these terms. If
you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
1. What DropEat is
DropEat connects three groups of people: customers who want food delivered,
restaurants that prepare it, and drivers who deliver it. DropEat operates the platform
and the delivery service. The food itself is prepared and sold by the restaurant.
2. Your account
- Give correct details. An order cannot be delivered to a wrong address or a phone number that does not answer.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions may be closed.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Orders
- An order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it, not when you send it. A restaurant may decline an order — for example if an item has run out or it is closing.
- Prices, delivery fees and any minimum are shown before you confirm.
- Delivery times shown in the app are estimates. Traffic, weather and how busy the kitchen is all affect them.
- You must be reachable on the phone number on the order while it is on its way.
4. Payment
Payment methods available to you are shown in the app at checkout. Where payment is
in cash on delivery, the amount shown in the app is what you owe the driver.
5. Cancelling, and when money comes back
- You can cancel free of charge until the restaurant starts preparing the order.
- After preparation has started, the food has been made and the order cannot be cancelled free of charge.
- If an order arrives wrong, incomplete or in an unacceptable state, contact us on the same day. We look at what happened and refund or replace where the complaint is justified.
- If DropEat or the restaurant cannot complete an order you have paid for, you get the money back in full.
6. For drivers
- Your account is activated after a DropEat administrator has reviewed your documents.
- While you are online you may be offered orders. The app assigns an order to the nearest available driver.
- Obey the traffic law. Do not use the app while riding or driving.
- Earnings and any cash you are holding are shown in the app and settled as agreed with DropEat.
- Accepting an order and then abandoning it, or being repeatedly unreachable, can lead to the account being closed.
7. For restaurants
- Keep the menu, prices and opening hours correct. A customer who is charged a price that is not in the app will be refunded.
- Photographs must show the food you actually serve.
- You are responsible for food safety, hygiene and for holding the licences the law requires.
- Mark an order ready only when it really is ready — a driver is sent as soon as you do.
8. What is not allowed
- Using the service for fraud, or to threaten, harass or harm anyone.
- Placing orders you have no intention of accepting.
- Trying to break into, overload or reverse engineer the platform.
- Anything illegal where you are.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
9. Availability
We work to keep DropEat running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable.
Maintenance, network failures and outages at our providers can interrupt the service.
Delivery is only available in the areas shown in the app.
10. Responsibility
The restaurant is responsible for the food it prepares. DropEat is responsible for
the delivery service and the platform. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the
law gives you as a consumer.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account.
We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
12. Changes
If these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use
DropEat after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

١. DropEat چییە
DropEat سێ گرووپ کەس بەیەکەوە دەبەستێت: کڕیار کە خواردنی گەیەنراو دەوێت،
چێشتخانە کە دروستی دەکات، و شۆفێر کە دەیگەیەنێت. DropEat پلاتفۆرم و خزمەتگوزاری
گەیاندن بەڕێوە دەبەرێت. خواردنەکە خۆی لەلایەن چێشتخانەوە دروست و دەفرۆشرێت.
٢. هەژمارەکەت
- زانیاری ڕاست بدە. داواکاری ناگەیەنرێت بۆ ناونیشانێکی هەڵە یان ژمارەیەک کە وەڵام نادات.
- وشەی نهێنیت بۆ خۆت بهێڵە. هەر کردارێک لە هەژمارەکەت وەک کرداری خۆت هەژمار دەکرێت.
- یەک کەس، یەک هەژمار. ئەو هەژمارانەی بۆ خراپبەکارهێنانی داشکاندن دروست دەکرێن، دەخرێن.
- دەبێت ئەوەندە گەورە بیت کە بتوانیت گرێبەست ببەستیت بەپێی یاسای شوێنی خۆت.
٣. داواکارییەکان
- داواکاری ئەو کاتە پەسەند دەکرێت کە چێشتخانە پشتڕاستی دەکاتەوە، نەک کاتێک تۆ دەینێریت. چێشتخانە دەتوانێت داواکاری ڕەت بکاتەوە — بۆ نموونە ئەگەر کاڵایەک تەواو بووبێت یان خەریکی داخستن بێت.
- نرخەکان، کرێی گەیاندن و هەر کەمترین بڕێک پێش پشتڕاستکردنەوە پیشان دەدرێن.
- ئەو کاتی گەیاندنەی لە ئەپدا دەبینرێت خەمڵاندنە. هاتوچۆ، کەشوهەوا و قەرەباڵغی چێشتخانە کاری تێدەکەن.
- پێویستە لەسەر ئەو ژمارەیەی لەسەر داواکارییەکەیە بەردەست بیت هەتا دەگات.
٤. پارەدان
ئەو ڕێگاکانی پارەدان کە بۆت بەردەستن لە ئەپدا لە کاتی پارەداندا پیشان دەدرێن.
ئەگەر پارەدان نەختی لە کاتی گەیاندن بێت، ئەو بڕەی لە ئەپدا دیارە ئەوەیە کە دەبێت
بە شۆفێر بدەیت.
٥. هەڵوەشاندنەوە، و کەی پارە دەگەڕێتەوە
- دەتوانیت بەخۆڕایی هەڵوەشێنیتەوە هەتا چێشتخانە دەست بە ئامادەکردن بکات.
- دوای دەستپێکردنی ئامادەکردن، خواردنەکە دروست کراوە و ناتوانرێت بەخۆڕایی هەڵوەشێنرێتەوە.
- ئەگەر داواکاری هەڵە، ناتەواو یان بە دۆخێکی نەگونجاو گەیشت، هەمان ڕۆژ پەیوەندیمان پێوە بکە. دەبینین چی ڕوویداوە و پارە دەگەڕێنینەوە یان دەیگۆڕین ئەگەر گلەییەکە بەجێ بوو.
- ئەگەر DropEat یان چێشتخانە نەتوانن داواکارییەکی پارەدراو تەواو بکەن، پارە بە تەواوی دەگەڕێتەوە.
٦. بۆ شۆفێران
- هەژمارەکەت دوای ئەوە چالاک دەکرێت کە ئەدمینێکی DropEat بەلگەنامەکانت پشکنیوە.
- کاتێک سەرهێڵی، لەوانەیە داواکاری پێشکەشت بکرێت. ئەپەکە داواکاری بە نزیکترین شۆفێری بەردەست دەدات.
- یاسای هاتوچۆ پەیڕەو بکە. لە کاتی لێخوڕین ئەپەکە بەکارمەهێنە.
- داهات و ئەو پارەی نەختی کە لای تۆیە لە ئەپدا پیشان دەدرێن و بەپێی ڕێککەوتن لەگەڵ DropEat حیساب دەکرێن.
- وەرگرتنی داواکاری و پاشان بەجێهێشتنی، یان چەند جار بەردەست نەبوون، دەتوانێت هەژمارەکە بخات.
٧. بۆ چێشتخانەکان
- مێنیو، نرخ و کاتی کارکردن ڕاست بهێڵە. ئەو کڕیارەی نرخێکی لێ وەرگیرابێت کە لە ئەپدا نییە، پارەی دەگەڕێتەوە.
- وێنەکان دەبێت ئەو خواردنە پیشان بدەن کە بەڕاستی پێشکەشی دەکەیت.
- تۆ بەرپرسیاری سەلامەتی خواردن، پاکوخاوێنی، و هەبوونی ئەو مۆڵەتانەی یاسا داوایان دەکات.
- داواکاری تەنها ئەو کاتە بکە بە «ئامادە» کە بەڕاستی ئامادە بێت — یەکسەر شۆفێر دەنێردرێت.
٨. چی ڕێگەپێدراو نییە
- بەکارهێنانی خزمەتگوزاری بۆ فێڵ، یان بۆ هەڕەشە، ئازاردان یان زیانگەیاندن.
- ناردنی داواکاری کە مەبەستت وەرگرتنی نییە.
- هەوڵدان بۆ چوونە ژوورەوەی نایاسایی، قەرەباڵغکردن یان پێچەوانەکردنەوەی پلاتفۆرم.
- هەر شتێک کە لە شوێنی خۆت نایاسایی بێت.
ئێمە دەتوانین ئەو هەژمارە ڕابگرین یان بخەین کە ئەمانە دەکات.
٩. بەردەستبوون
هەوڵ دەدەین DropEat هەمیشە کار بکات، بەڵام بەڵێن نادەین هەرگیز نەوەستێت.
چاککردنەوە، شکانی تۆڕ و وەستانی دابینکەرەکانمان دەتوانن خزمەتگوزارییەکە ببەستن.
گەیاندن تەنها لەو ناوچانەدا بەردەستە کە لە ئەپدا پیشان دەدرێن.
١٠. بەرپرسیارێتی
چێشتخانە بەرپرسیاری ئەو خواردنەیە کە دروستی دەکات. DropEat بەرپرسیاری
خزمەتگوزاری گەیاندن و پلاتفۆرمەکەیە. هیچ شتێک لەم مەرجەکاندا ئەو مافانەی یاسا وەک
بەکارهێنەر پێت دەدات، لێت نادەستێتەوە.
١١. داخستنی هەژمار
دەتوانیت هەر کاتێک هەژمارەکەت بسڕیتەوە لە پرۆفایل ← ڕێکخستنەکان ← سڕینەوەی
هەژمار. ئێمە دەتوانین ئەو هەژمارە بخەین کە ئەم مەرجەکان دەشکێنێت، و هۆکارەکە
دەڵێین.
١٢. گۆڕانکاری
ئەگەر ئەم مەرجەکان بگۆڕێن، ئەم پەیجە و بەرواری سەرەوە نوێ دەکەینەوە. بەردەوامی
لە بەکارهێنانی DropEat دوای گۆڕانکاری بە پەسەندکردنی مەرجەکانی نوێ هەژمار دەکرێت.
١٣. یاسا و پەیوەندی
ئەم مەرجەکان بەپێی یاسای هەرێمی کوردستانی عێراق بەڕێوە دەبرێن.
