Open the app and look at the order. It shows the current stage and, once a driver has collected it, the driver's position on the map and their phone number. If the order looks stuck, email us with the order number and we will find out what happened.
Your DropEat password is one you chose when you created the account. It is not your Google or email password. On the sign-in screen use Forgot password to set a new one, or email us from the address on the account.
Notifications have to be allowed for the app. On iPhone: Settings → DropEat → Notifications → Allow Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → DropEat → Notifications. If they are already on and still nothing arrives, email us and say which phone you have.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately, after one confirmation. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed and what has to stay.
Email us with the restaurant name, address and a phone number. We will set up the account and show you how to use the DropEat Restaurant app.
Install DropEat Driver, create an account, and upload your identity and driving documents. A DropEat administrator reviews them and activates the account.

لەناو ئەپەکە: پرۆفایل ← ڕێکخستنەکان ← سڕینەوەی هەژمار. دوای یەک دڵنیایی یەکسەر ڕوودەدات. ئەگەر ناتوانیت بچیتە ژوورەوە، ئیمەیلمان بۆ بنێرە لەو ئیمەیلەی لەسەر هەژمارەکەیە و لە ماوەی ٣٠ ڕۆژدا دەسڕینەوە. ڕێنمایی تایبەتمەندی ببینە بۆ ئەوەی چی لادەبرێت و چی دەمێنێتەوە.
ئیمەیلمان بۆ بنێرە لەگەڵ ناوی چێشتخانە، ناونیشان و ژمارەی مۆبایل. هەژمارەکە ڕێک دەخەین و پیشانت دەدەین چۆن ئەپی DropEat Restaurant بەکاربهێنیت.
